Standard tier varies by country: 1–3 days for Türkiye and Azerbaijan ASAN, 3–5 days for most Middle East and Asia eVisas, 5–10 days for Africa and India. Express tier (where offered) can be same-day to 24 hours. Each country page shows the exact range.

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Some checkout flows also accept crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC). We never see or store your card details.

No. We're a private visa-processing service that works with the official government portals on your behalf. The official portal for each country is linked at the bottom of every country page so you can verify our pricing and process directly with the issuing authority.

All fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the destination authority. Our service is the validation and submission of your file — once submitted, the service is considered delivered regardless of the authority's decision (approval, rejection, partial approval, or delay). As a goodwill gesture we may consider cancellations received before submission to the destination authority, at our sole discretion. Full details on our refund & dispute policy page.

You'll receive a unique application ID (looks like appl_xxxxxx) by email after payment. Use the track page to see live status updates.

Sometimes — if your destination offers Express or VOA pre-pay (UAE, Indonesia, Bahrain, Cambodia for some passports). Open the relevant country page and look for the Express tier; if available, processing can complete within hours.

Most destinations require 6 months passport validity from arrival; Egypt requires 8 months; Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan accept 3 months. The country page shows the exact rule. Renew your passport first if you're close to the threshold.

Rejections are rare (we screen documents before submission) but they happen — usually due to a passport flag, prior overstay, or nationality-specific rules. You'll receive the rejection reason in writing. The government fee is non-refundable; the service fee is fully refunded.
