How do I start my application?
Select Apply now and choose the country that issued your passport. Then choose your visa type and processing service before continuing to the application form.
Can I apply for more than one traveller?
Use Add another traveller on the application form. Enter the details and upload the documents requested for each person, then review the full total before payment.
How do I choose a processing service?
Select your passport country and visa type, then continue to the processing-speed step. Choose Standard, Urgent or Emergency. Standard is included; faster processing fees are additional to the visa cost and shown before you continue.
Where do I upload my documents?
Use the labelled fields in the Documents section of the application form. The requested documents depend on your selected service and application details.
Does the Bali page use the Indonesia application?
Yes. Bali is part of Indonesia. This page opens the existing Indonesia application services with Bali kept as your destination.
Is the Arrival Card a visa?
No. It is a separate arrival declaration service. Its application is separate from the visa options and does not use the visa processing-speed choices.
How will I receive my documents?
Issued documents are sent to the email address on your application. Check your details carefully before continuing to payment.
