Troubleshooting checklist
  1. Use the apex domain: always go to https://gov.online/, not a preview link ending in .pages.dev. Some networks filter the preview hostnames.
  2. Switch DNS: if pages won't resolve, change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google). On iPhone: Settings → Wi-Fi → ⓘ → Configure DNS → Manual.
  3. Try mobile data: if WiFi is blocked, switch to your phone's mobile data for a quick test. If mobile works, your WiFi network is the problem.
  4. Disable VPN / extensions: turn off any VPN, ad-blocker, or privacy extension and reload.
  5. Try another browser or device: a fresh browser profile (or a different phone) bypasses cached state.
  6. Etisalat customers (UAE): if all else fails, try du, mobile data, or a different ISP — Etisalat's content filter occasionally blocks Cloudflare-hosted sites.
